UltraPure Analytichem, Inc. with business address at #4032 Que grande St. Ugong, Valenzuela City is recognized with the Bureau of Animal Industry as a Tertiary Laboratory, Third Level pursuant to Department Aministrative Order (DA-AO) No.29, and Series of 2005.
This Certificate is valid only for one year, and shall be revoked in case of any tampering with the samples whether deliberately or through negligence, resulting in fake or falsified analysis. Analysis from this laboratory shall be honored for registration and in-house assay results only and shall be validated by BAI Chemical and Feed Analysis Laboratory or another Tertiary Laboratory, Third Level.
